I’m open to pretty much any kind of “not human” - Ruby Dixon’s Fireblood Dragons are able to shift between a humanoid form and a dragon form but have a distinctly alien culture which I really enjoy, which is more of what I’m looking for than, for example, Nalini Singh’s Psy-Changelings.
